EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
If you would like the CLC to conduct a workshop for your group or school,
contact: gingerdecoteau@clc-inc.org.
THE CLC OFFERS THE FOLLOWING COMMUNITY PROGRAMS:
Choose Success: The CLC’s first program developed to provide
work-related education to victims of domestic violence.
Oklahoma Employers Against Domestic Violence: This program was developed
to educate employers (upper management, managers, and supervisors)
on how to assist employees who are victims of domestic violence. This
one-day workshop provides information and resources to companies so
management can offer support to victims experiencing violence in the
home.
Domestic Violence Education in our Communities
and Churches: The CLC
continues to speak on the subject of domestic violence at universities,
government and private agencies, and local organizations. Recently
the CLC developed a program specifically for clergy and members of
their congregations. Domestic violence is often a silent crime that
can affect anyone. Domestic violence doesn’t discriminate on
the basis of income, education, race, age, or religion.
